Can you imagine Waterford in 40 years’ time?
Garter Lane Arts Centre with the support of Creative Ireland invited 5 schools to participate in the project Waterford : 40 Years from Now.
Exploring, developing and daydreaming about the city they live in, second-level students took part in the educational project with the aim of developing new ways to highlight the impact of creativity for all students.
Each student designed and developed work based on how they imagine Waterford to be in 40 Years from now.
The voice of the students was at the centre of this project.
All works created were displayed in Garter Lane Arts Centres main gallery space from January 14th – 18th 2020.
