JOLT is a contemporary dance platform and annual Dance Week & Symposium that brings artists, practitioners and audiences together through performance, discussion and professional development. The identity needed to capture movement, energy and experimentation while remaining clear and coherent across a complex programme of events.
nmcDesign developed a distinctive visual identity system designed to flex across posters, programmes, digital assets and environmental applications. Strong typography, layered composition and considered use of imagery create a visual language that reflects the physicality and dynamism of contemporary dance without overpowering the work itself.
The result is a confident, recognisable identity that gives JOLT a clear presence year to year — supporting communication, visibility and engagement while allowing the programme and performers to remain centre stage.
