Mens Development Network

nmcDesign has worked with Men’s Development Network over a number of years, supporting the organisation across multiple programmes and initiatives. The work spans sensitive, complex subject areas, requiring design that is clear, considered and grounded in real-world use.

Alongside ongoing publications and communication materials, nmcDesign developed the visual identity for OFG, a key programme within Men’s Development Network. The identity needed to be distinct while sitting comfortably within the wider organisation — balancing approachability, trust and clarity across print, digital and programme materials.

Across all projects, the focus has been on creating structured, accessible design systems that support participants, practitioners and facilitators alike. The result is a cohesive body of work built on consistency and care — design that functions as infrastructure, enabling meaningful engagement rather than drawing attention to itself.
