Swingyard isn’t your traditional driving range—it’s bigger, bolder, and built for fun. A new concept from Carr Golf, Swingyard had to break the mould, blending serious practice with an electric social experience. Nudge set the strategic foundation, and we crafted a brand that’s loud, playful, and unapologetically different.

Forget hushed tones and dress codes—Swingyard needed an identity that felt like a party on the range. The insight? Golfers and non-golfers alike wanted something more inviting, more high-energy, more… fun. The brand had to capture that, without losing the credibility of a high-tech training space.
Working from Nudge’s strategic direction, we developed a brand that lives in motion. The logo? Big, bold, and unmistakable. The colour palette? Vibrant, energetic, and built to pop. The tone of voice? Playful, irreverent, but never try-hard. Every touchpoint—from signage to digital assets—was designed to disrupt expectations and bring new players into the game.
This was a deep dive into experience design. Swingyard had to work across multiple locations, from Castleknock to Liverpool, so every asset—logos, wayfinding, digital branding—needed flexibility.
We worked iteratively with Nudge and Carr Golf, testing signage, web design, and print materials to make sure they hit the right balance of fun and function. From ball machine instructions to “Golf. Kinda.” messaging, we crafted every detail to feel like Swingyard’s voice—smart, cheeky, and straight to the point.
The impact was instant—Swingyard landed with personality and presence. From eye-catching roadside billboards to social media buzz, the brand now stands out in a crowded golf market.
But this wasn’t just about looks. The modular design system, bold messaging, and playful brand voice have given Swingyard an identity that can grow, expand, and evolve with every new location.
