Roadman Cycling Podcast:

Built to Go the Distance

Cycling is more than watts and KOMs—it’s about the ride, the struggle, the breakthroughs. Roadman Cycling Podcast gets that. But its brand? Not so much. It needed an identity that matched its pace—something bold, dynamic, and built for the hardcore cyclists and the weekend warriors alike. Branding Sport set the strategic foundation, and we took it from there—creating a brand that moves as fast as the stories it tells.

Visual Identity

Roadman is a podcast for people who live on two wheels—the obsessives, the dreamers, the ones who push past the pain barrier. The content is sharp, rebellious, and full of character. The brand had to feel the same—bold, kinetic, and unapologetic. No generic, forgettable visuals here.

Working from insights learned, we built a flexible identity that worked across platforms—Spotify, YouTube, social media. The goal? Make every touchpoint feel like a high-speed descent—thrilling, immersive, impossible to ignore.

This wasn’t just a logo refresh—it was a full-scale transformation. The logo? Strong, dynamic, with a sense of movement. The colours? High-energy, bold, built to stand out. The typography? Clean but full of attitude, just like the conversations on the pod.

We worked closely with Branding Sport and Roadman to fine-tune every element. Would it pop on a Spotify thumbnail? Would it hold its own on YouTube? Could it live on merch? The answer had to be yes—and it had to do it all without losing an ounce of personality.

The numbers don’t lie—30% growth in social media followers in three months. More engagement. More listeners. More people recognising Roadman as the go-to voice in cycling.

But this was about more than stats. The brand now feels like the podcast sounds. It’s direct, energetic, and built for the long haul. No gimmicks, no fluff—just a brand that rides as hard as the people who love it.
